Just send your products back in re-saleable condition, that is unopened and unused and packaging in undamaged condition, all goods will be examined upon receipt within 30 days of the order date, postage will be the responsibility of the customer, and we will provide you with an exchange or store credit (only for the cost of the goods this does not include postage).

We can only accept returns if they are sent back to us in the same condition which you received them, we recommend that you bubble wrap everything and post back to us using a recorded delivery service for your own protection, as we cannot provide you with an instore credit or exchange until we have received the goods, with no exception will we accept damaged goods. Any postage incurred for the return of damaged goods will be the responsibility of the customer.

We regret we cannot accept returns or offer a refund on products that have been opened.

There are no returns on sale items except as required by law.

Returns for faulty or incorrect product
In this case, we will provide a refund, replacement, exchange or store credit, including all postage costs. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please be aware that all our products are free from all common allergens such as parabens and artificial fragrance. Some natural products can also trigger a detox reaction which is a normal response. If this occurs, please contact us and ask to speak with one of our trained skin care consultants, so that we can determine the nature of the problem.

Allergy returns must not be more than 20% used

Insome instances we can also accept returns if there had been an allergy or reaction. The product most not be more than 20% used. and must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
